I bring my proven teaching expertise, passion for the performing arts, and a joyful energy to everyone. I work with all ages, abilities, and backgrounds.
Bio:
Erica Miller (she/her) has been active with the Annapolis theater community since she moved here from Pennsylvania in 2014. She has worked as a vocal instructor at School of Rock, held the positions of Education Coordinator and Teaching Artist at Compass Rose Theater, and volunteered as an actor with The Colonial Players (CP), Prince George's Little Theater, and Second Star Productions. In 2018, Erica opened her own LLC to work as an in independent Teaching Artist. She offers private and group lessons in singing, acting, auditioning, and leads a weekly music class for babies and toddlers at The Wiggle Room in Crofton. She created and directed an after school drama program at several elementary schools including Jones, Hillsmere, Piney Orchard, and St. Anne's. Her most recent production credits include directing a virtual production of Super Happy Awesome News, Co-Directing The Best Christmas Pageant Ever at CP, and appearing on stage at CP as LouAnn Bates in Book of Days. In June, 2020 Erica joined the Board of Directors at CP as the Director of Human Resources. Erica earned her BA in Theatre Arts with a concentration in Musical Theater from Point Park University in Pittsburgh, PA.
